Refund policy
1. Physical Products
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include original packaging and tags when applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error.
2. Print-on-Demand & Custom Products
Print-on-demand, personalized, or custom-made products are created specifically for each order and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to buyer preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
3. Digital & AI Creative Services
Payments for digital services, AI content creation, videos, images, graphics, promotional content, and other customized creative services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions, content, and project requirements before work begins.
If a project includes revisions, the number and scope of revisions will be based on the package or agreement selected at the time of purchase.
Completed digital files and delivered creative work cannot be returned.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective physical item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
5. Cancellations
Physical product orders may only be cancelled before processing or fulfillment begins.
Print-on-demand orders may not be cancellable once production has started.
Digital or AI service orders may only be cancelled before work has started.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
